Ristorante Lucia Madre is inspired by a Mediterranean philosophy aimed at enhancing the work of small local producers, promoting simplicity and tradition in its dishes. Renowned for its high-quality cuisine and the elegance of its service, it counts on a true organic farm whose dishes tell the smells and flavors of Calabria. A "passo zero" cuisine, respecting the local seasons and strengthening the bond between hospitality and agricultural activity on a daily basis.

Our gastronomic offering is crafted by Pietro Parisi, the Farmer Chef, who trained at the Gualtiero Marchesi culinary school and was Alain Ducasse’s favorite student. Since 2017, he has also been an ambassador for the Mediterranean diet worldwide, joining the Slow Food Chef Alliance.
