It can accommodate up to 196 people in a theatre-style setup, 100 in classroom-style, and 50 in a U-shape layout. The room features natural light and blackout curtains, a dimmable lighting system, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi or wired internet connection available upon request. Rental of rooms T1 or T1 A+B includes exclusive access to the Lobby 2 reception area, which features a fixed desk with three workstations and a cloakroom area that can be used as storage for the duration of the event.
