The T4 meeting room is located on the first floor and serves as the main room within a dedicated area that includes a foyer and three meeting rooms, making it possible to host multiple events simultaneously. The room can accommodate up to 90 people in theatre-style seating, but it is also well-suited for setups with large work tables or individual tables. T4 is equipped with a 3.55 x 2.65 m screen, a 5,200 AL ceiling-mounted video projector, and HDMI connection integrated into the speakers' table. The room also features an amplification system with table microphones and a radio microphone.
