The Aura restaurant overlooks the Gulf of Naxos and offers a stunning view of Mount Etna; thanks to its large windows, the panorama becomes an intrinsic part of the gastronomic experience.

The cuisine highlights the  Sicilian and Mediterranean flavors through farm fresh products, the daily fish catch and locally sourced meats.

The menu follows the seasons and refelcts history combining traditional recipes with more creative interpretations. Among these: “Le dolci Origini” arancino, inspired by la cuccìa, a dessert historically prepared for the holiday di Santa Lucia.
