Since 2012, Raffaele Esposito and Massimiliano Gentile have been integral members of our restaurant. They have witnessed the great changes in the city, in this hotel, and the evolution of the Vesuvio Roof Restaurant, culminating with the opening of our stunning terrace, offering a unique view over the rooftops of Naples.

Today, under the guidance of the Head Chef, they work side by side with younger colleagues, passing on their knowledge while gaining new inspiration to grow together.

The two standard-bearers of the Vesuvio Roof Bar & Restaurant, Ciro Pettorino and Francesco Turco, have been with the hotel since 2012. They have trained and mentored numerous young colleagues approaching this profession for the first time, teaching them the art of hospitality and the joy of being custodians of a memorable experience.

In the morning, you might meet Ciro, welcoming you with a sip of coffee straight from the Moka; in the evening, Francesco will do everything to satisfy your every request.
