• UNA Gift Card can be purchased through our official website at the link: https://giftcard.unaitalianhospitality.com
• UNA Gift Card is personal, non-transferable, and can only be used by the named holder.
• UNA Gift Card can be used to cover partially or fully for a stay in one of our hotels. The reservations must be made through our direct booking channels: Central Booking Office (by e-mail or phone) and via the Official website.

Validity
UNA Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the expiry date cannot be extended under any circumstances.

You will receive UNA Gift Card via e-mail once the purchasing process is completed.

Gruppo UNA Spa declines any responsibility in case the buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information (ex: e-mail address) during the purchasing process.

Redeem
UNA Gift Card will be redeemed directly at the hotel upon check-in time.
It can be applied only to reservations under SuperFlex cancellation policy.

General Information
UNA Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash nor refunded in any way.

The purchaser can choose the amount of UNA Gift Card from a list of options. The minimum amount is € 50.00.

UNA Gift Card has monetary value and should be protected accordingly. Ownership and risk of loss of UNA Gift Card is transferred to the recipient of the Gift Card immediately upon completion of processing of the order. Gruppo Una Spa declines all responsibility in case the UNA Gift Card is stolen, lost, cloned or compromised. No refund can be made.

If you suspect that a UNA Gift Card has been copied, stolen or compromised in any way, please contact Customer service.
