Where can I use my UNA Gift Card?
UNA Gift Cards can be used to pay for a stay, in full or in part, to enjoy gourmet experiences at our directly managed restaurants, or to indulge in moments of pure wellness at our directly managed SPAs. Does the UNA Gift Card have an expiration date?
The UNA Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date cannot be extended.
How and when will I receive my UNA Gift Card after completing the online purchase?
You will receive your UNA Gift Card via email of completing the purchase. Please ensure that the email address provided is correct, as UNA Italian Hospitality is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the purchaser.
How can I redeem my UNA Gift Card?
The UNA Gift Card can be redeemed at check-in and is only valid for bookings made with the Superflex rate. It cannot be used to cover cancellation penalties incurred beyond the specified terms.
Can I convert my UNA Gift Card into cash?
No, the UNA Gift Card cannot be converted into cash, cancelled, or refunded in any way.
In which currencies and denominations is the UNA Gift Card available?
The amount can be selected by the purchaser during the purchase process. The UNA Gift Card is available in euros, with a minimum value of €50.00.
What happens if I lose my UNA Gift Card?
The UNA Gift Card holds monetary value and should therefore be protected. Ownership and the risk of loss transfer to the recipient upon processing the order. Lost, stolen, copied, or compromised gift cards will not be refunded or replaced. Gruppo UNA S.p.A. disclaims any responsibility in such cases.

The UNA Gift Card is nominative and can only be used by the cardholder.
